First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

Symptoms: Excessive inhalation of solvent vapours may give rise to nausea, headaches and dizziness

Skin contact

Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Wash with plenty of soap and water.

Symptoms: May cause irritation. Symptoms : redness and pain

Eye contact

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
