First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Allow the victim to rest. Assure fresh air breathing. Seek medical attention if ill effect or irritation develops.

Skin contact

Flush with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if ill effect or irritation develops.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately and for a long time with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if the irritation persists.

Symptoms: Inadequate first aid may lead to persisting eye complaints.

Ingestion

Wash out mouth and do not induce vomiting! Let the victim drink 2 glasses of water on his own. Seek medical attention immediately.
