First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention immediately if symptoms occur.
Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.
Do not induce vomiting.
Immediate Medical Attention
Immediate medical attention is required for eye contact. Obtain medical attention for skin contact, ingestion, and inhalation.
Medical Treatment
Treat symptomatically.
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
Flammable. Risk of ignition. Vapors may form explosive mixtures with air. Vapors may travel to source of ignition and flash back. Containers may explode when heated.
Firefighter Protection
As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Should not be released into the environment.
Soak up with inert absorbent material
