Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Use water spray jet, dry chemicals, carbon dioxide, foam or sand depending on the surrounding equipment and materials.

Specific hazards

In a fire, the mixture may release hazardous combustion products, including carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, and sodium oxides. Combustion in the event of fire can possibly generate hazardous gases or vapors.

06

Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not inhale vapors or fumes.

Environmental

Prevent contamination of soil, drains and surface water.

Cleanup methods

Soak up with inert absorbent material. After removing the substance, clean the contaminated area and disinfect.

Materials: inert absorbent material
