First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Remove victim to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Remove contaminated clothing. Remove any contaminated clothing and wash the exposed skin with mild soap and water, then rinse with warm water. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Wash thoroughly with fresh, clean water for 15 minutes holding the eyelids open. Remove contact lenses, if present, and continue rinsing. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Do NOT induce vomiting. Do not give anything to an unconscious person. If the person is conscious, rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
Non-flammable substance. Use fire extinguishing methods appropriate for local conditions and the surrounding environment. Water, powder, foam, carbon dioxide (CO₂), sand.
Do not use a water jet. Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.
In case of fire, there is a risk of formation of combustion gases or dangerous vapours
Prevent firefighting water from contaminating surface water or the underground water supply network. Cool exposed containers with water spray or mist. Use caution when fighting any chemical fire.
Firefighter Protection
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and fire protection suit. Do not enter fire area without proper protective equipment, including respiratory protection.
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Evacuate the area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe vapours. Ensure adequate room ventilation.
Contain the spilled material by bunding (product is hazardous for the environment) to prevent entry to sewers and public waters.
Contain and collect spills in drums for disposal

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Ensure adequate room ventilation, especially in enclosed spaces. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe vapours. Personal protective equipment, see section 8. Emergency equipment must be readily accessible, along with instructions for use. Ensure that eye wash stations and safety showers are located close to workstations.
Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated area. Store away from incompatible materials.
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Use clean and well-maintained personal protective equipment. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering a catering area. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of the working day. Wash your hands and any other exposed areas with mild soap and water before eating, drinking, smoking, and before leaving work. Clean equipment, the work area and clothing regularly.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Ensure adequate ventilation of the work area. If collective protection measures (technical controls, operating procedures) are not effective in preventing or controlling exposure, personal protective equipment must be used. Ensure there is sufficient general ventilation or local exhaust ventilation to ensure that exposure limits are not exceeded. Avoid practices that generate vapours or aerosols.
Wear impermeable protective gloves that comply with standard NF EN 374 or equivalent. Please follow the instructions regarding permeability and breakthrough time provided by the glove supplier. Also take into account the specific local conditions in which the product is used, such as the risk of cuts, abrasion and contact time. Gloves must be checked before use. Gloves should be discarded and replaced if there is any sign of deterioration or chemical permeation. - Material type: nitrile rubber
Wear safety goggles that comply with standard NF EN 166 or equivalent. In the event of contact with splashes: wear a face shield or splash-proof goggles.
In the event of exposure, wear a suitable mask: wear appropriate, approved masks (cartridges with A-type filters) to be adapted according to exposure conditions at the workplace.
Use protective clothing.
Do not discharge into drains.
