First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Verplaats de slachtoffer en geef ze frisse lucht. In geval van moeilijke ademhaling, raadpleeg onmiddelijk een arts.
Symptoms: Irritatie van de luchtpijp, hoest. Inademing van grote hoeveelheden kan een strottehoofdspasm veroorzaken met ademhalingstekort.
Spoelen onder stromend water. Met product verontreinigde kleding verwijderen. Eventueel een huidarts consulteren.
Symptoms: Gematigde tot zware huidirritatie (roodheid, gezwel, verbranding), met zelfs mogelijke zware verbrandingen.
Spoel onmiddelijk met stromend water (10 minuten), dan onmiddelijk een specialist raadplegen.
Symptoms: Gematigde tot zware oogirritatie (roodheid, gezwel, verbranding, tranen).
Niet laten overgeven, onmiddelijk een arts consulteren. Spoel de mond met overvloedig water (uitsluitend indien de persoon bewust is).
Symptoms: De inslikking kan pijn, verbrandingen, gezwel en roodheid van de mond en de keel veroorzaken. Misselijkheid en braken kunnen verschijnen.
Immediate Medical Attention
In geval van hoest of korte ademhaling, altijd onmiddelijk de spoedgevallen opbellen.
Medical Treatment
Inademing kan een verhoging van de zuurtegraad van het lichaam veroorzaken gevolgd door een korte ademhaling. Bij aanhoudende irritatie, medisch advies inwinnen.

Exposure Controls / PPE

In geval van contact met het product, worden beschermende handschoenen vervaardigd uit Speciaal-Nitril (materiaaldikte >0,1mm, penetratieduur >480 min. Klasse 6) aanbevolen volgens EN 374. In geval van langdurig en herhaaldelijk contact, gelieve rekening te houden met het feit dat in praktijk de penetratieduur aanzienlijk korter kan zijn in vergelijking met bepaald volgens EN 374. De beschermende handschoenen dienen steeds gecontroleerd te worden op hun bruikbaarheid in de desbetreffende werkomgeving ( bv .: mechanische- en thermische stress, antistatische effecten ... ) De handschoenen dienen vervangen te worden bij de minste tekenen van beschadiging, lekkage. Er wordt tevens aangeraden om regelmatig de wegwerphandschoenen te vervangen en een handverzorgingsplan te voorzien in samenspraak met een handschoenenfabrikant in overeenstemming met de lokale werkcondities.
Goed sluitende veiligheidsbril dragen.
Bij stofontwikkeling P2-masker gebruiken.
Chemisch bestendige veiligheidskleding. Neem de instructies van de fabrikant in acht.
