Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Verwijder de patiënt van de blootstelling, zonder uw eigen veiligheid in gevaar te brengen.
Symptoms: Blootstelling kan hoesten of hijgen tot gevolg hebben.
Verwijder alle vervuilde kleding en schoeisel onmiddellijk tenzij zij aan de huid vastgeplakt zitten. Onmiddellijk wassen met veel zeep en water.
Symptoms: Op de plek waar het kontact plaats vond kunnen zich irritatie en roodheid voordoen. De patiënt kan een jeukende uitslag hebben op de plaats van het kontact.
Het oog gedurende 15 minuten met stromend water bespoelen. Raadpleeg een arts.
Symptoms: Er kunnen zich irritatie en roodheid voordoen. De ogen kunnen overvloedig tranen.
Niet laten braken. Mond met water spoelen. Indien de patiënt bij het bewustzijn is dient men hem/haar onmiddellijk een halve liter water te laten drinken. Raadpleeg een arts.
Symptoms: De mond en de keel kunnen pijnlijke en rode plekken vertonen. Er kunnen zich misselijkheid en maagpijn voordoen.
