First Aid Measures

In de frisse lucht brengen. Bel een arts als de symptomen zich ontwikkelen of aanhouden.
Verontreinigde kleding onmiddellijk uittrekken. Spoel de huid met water/douche. Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen. Chemische brandwonden door een arts laten behandelen. Was verontreinigde kleding alvorens weer te gebruiken.
Symptoms: Brandende pijn en ernstig bijtend huidletsel.
Spoel de ogen onmiddellijk met overvloedig water gedurende ten minste 15 minuten. Eventuele contactlenzen verwijderen, indien dit gemakkelijk kan gebeuren. Blijven spoelen. Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen.
Symptoms: Veroorzaakt ernstige oogschade. De symptomen kunnen onder andere zijn: steken, scheuren, roodheid, opzwelling en onscherp gezichtsvermogen. Kan leiden tot blijvend oogletsel inclusief blindheid.
Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen. Mond spoelen. Geen braken opwekken. Bij braken het hoofd laag houden, zodat de maaginhoud niet in de longen kan komen.
Immediate Medical Attention
Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen bij huid-, oog- of innamecontact. Bel een arts als de symptomen zich ontwikkelen of aanhouden na inademing. Chemische brandwonden moeten door een arts worden behandeld; laat een ambulance komen en ga tijdens het vervoer door met spoelen.
Medical Treatment
Zorg voor algemene ondersteunende maatregelen en behandel symptomatisch. Houd het slachtoffer warm. Houd slachtoffer onder observatie.

Er moet een goede algehele ventilatie worden gebruikt (gewoonlijk 10 luchtverversingen per uur). Ventiliatiesnelheden moeten zijn aangepast aan de omstandigheden. Draag beschermende handschoenen die voldoen aan NF EN 374. Chemicaliënbestendige handschoenen worden aanbevolen.
Draag beschermende glazen zijschermen voor een handeling die voldoet aan de NF EN 166. Zorg voor een oogwasbad voor noodgevallen en een snelle stortdouche in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de werkruimte. Aanraking met de ogen vermijden.
Bij ontoereikende ventilatie een geschikte adembescherming dragen. Voorkom nevel/aerosolen.
Draag gepaste chemisch resistente kleding. Chemicaliënbestendige handschoenen worden aanbevolen.
Bij elk omvangrijk ongewild vrijkomen dient de manager voor veiligheid en milieu te worden ingelicht.
