Ademhalingsbescherming moet gedragen worden als het produkt in grote hoeveelheden of in een kleine ruimte wordt gebruikt, of in omstandigheden waar de OEL benaderd of overschreden wordt Afhankelijk van de werkomstandigheden adembescherming met filter(s) dragen E of gebruik persluchtapparatuur. De keuze van het filtertype is afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid en de karakteristieken van de chemische stof(fen), waarmee op de werkplek wordt omgegaan.
