Ademhalingsbescherming moet gedragen worden als het product in grote hoeveelheden of in een kleine ruimte wordt gebruikt, of in omstandigheden waar de OEL benaderd of overschreden wordt. Het wordt aanbevolen bij het omgaan met de stof en adembeschermingsmasker met filter te dragen. Aanbevolen filtertype: AX. De keuze van het filtertype is afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid en de karakteristieken van de chemische stof(fen), waarmee op de werkplek wordt omgegaan. Voor wat betreft de karakteristieken van het filter wordt verwezen naar de leverancier van de adembeschermingsmiddelen.
