Handschoenen netjes uittrekken zonder de buitenkant aan te raken met de blote hand. De geschiktheid voor een specifieke werkplek moet worden overlegd met de fabrikant van de beschermhandschoenen. Was en droog de handen.
Nauw aansluitende veiligheidsstofbril. Een gelaatsscherm en beschermend pak dragen bij uitzonderlijke verwerkingsproblemen.
Waar ademhaling risico's zich voordoen, gebruik indien nodig een luchtzuiverende gelaatsmasker.
Ondoordringbare kleding. Het type beschermingsmiddelen is afhankelijk van de concentratie en hoeveelheid gevaarlijke stoffen op de betreffende werkplek.
