First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Bij ademhalingsmoeilijkheden het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelijkt. Bij aanhoudende klachten arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Ademhalingsmoeilijkheden, irritatie van de luchtwegen en slijmvliezen.
Onmiddellijk met water en zeep afwassen en goed spoelen. In geval van huidreacties arts consulteren.
Symptoms: Huidirritatie.
Onmiddellijk ogen met geopend ooglid 10 tot 15 minuten met stromend water spoelen. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen. Bij oogirritatie een oogarts consulteren.
Symptoms: Oogirritatie.
Onmiddellijk mond spoelen en veel water drinken. Dien nooit iets via de mond toe aan bewusteloze personen. Pas op bij braken: inademingsgevaar! Laat slachtoffer niet braken. Onmiddellijk arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Slaperigheid, duizeligheid, aspiratie in de longen, chemische pneumonia, stikken.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij aanhoudende klachten (inhalatie), huidreacties, oogirritatie, of na ingestie onmiddellijk een arts/oogarts raadplegen. Bij doorslikken met aansluitend braken kan aspiratie in de longen optreden, wat tot chemische pneumonia of tot stikken kan leiden, wat onmiddellijke medische aandacht vereist.

De adembeschermingsfilterklasse moet worden aangepast aan de maximale concentratie schadelijke stoffen (gas/damp/aerosol/partikels) die bij de omgang met het product kan ontstaan. Bij een overschrijding van de concentratie een isoleerapparaat gebruiken!
Vlamvertragende antistatische en chemisch bestendige beschermingskleding dragen.
