Engineering Controls
Er moet een goede algehele ventilatie worden gebruikt (gewoonlijk 10 luchtverversingen per uur). Ventiliatiesnelheden moeten zijn aangepast aan de omstandigheden. Gebruik, indien van toepassing, afgesloten procesruimten, plaatselijke afzuiging of andere technische middelen om de concentraties in de lucht onder de aanbevolen blootstellingslimieten te houden. Wanneer er een blootstellingslimieten zijn vastgesteld, houd dan de concentrates in de lucht op een aanvaardbaar niveau. Voor geschikte ventilatie zorgen, vooral in gesloten ruimten. Bij hantering van dit product moeten oogspoelstation en een oogdouche voor noodgevallen beschikbaar zijn.
Hand Protection
Veiligheidshandschoenen gebruiken, gemaakt van: Nitril. Geschikte handschoenen kunnen aanbevolen worden door de handschoenenleverancier.
Eye Protection
Een gelaatsscherm wordt aanbevolen. Draag een veiligheidsbril met zijn-afscherming (of een veiligheidsbril die geheel op het gezicht aansluit). Niet in de ogen kriegen. Zorg voor een oogspoelstation en een nooddouche in de directe omgeving van de werkplek.
Respiratory Protection
Stof/rook/gas/nevel/damp/spuitnevel niet inademen. Bij ontoereikende ventilatie een geschikte adembescherming dragen.
Skin/Body Protection
Deze stof mag niet in contact kommen met de huid. Deze stof mag niet op de kledij terechtkomen. Gebruik een chemische veiligheidsbril en een gelaatsscherm (ANSI Z87.1 of goedgekeurd equivalent). Chemicalienbestendige handschoenen worden aanbevolen. Structurele beschernende kleding voor brandweerlieden biedt ALLEEN bij brand beperkte bescherming; de kleding is niet doelmatig in situaties met gemorste materialen.
Environmental Exposure Controls
Breng het hiervoor aangewezen leidinggevend of toezichthoudend personeel altijd op de hoogte wanneer een stof onbedoeld vrijkomt.
