First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In de frisse lucht plaatsen. Raadpleeg een arts als de symptomen zich ontwikkelen of aanhouden.
Verontreinigde kleding onmiddellijk verwijderen en de huid wassen met water en zeep. Bij eczeem of andere huidklachten: ga naar een arts en neem het informatieblad mee.
Symptoms: Kan een allergische huidreactie veroorzaken. Dermatitis. Uitslag.
Met water afspoelen. Wanneer irritatie ontstaat en aanhoudt, dient u medische hulp in te roepen.
In het onwaarschijnlijke geval van inslikken een arts of vergiftigingencentrum raadplegen. De mond spoelen.

Er moet een goede algehele ventilatie worden gebruikt. Ventiliatiesnelheden moeten zijn aangepast aan de omstandigheden. Gebruik, indien van toepassing, afgesloten procesruimten, plaatselijke afzuiging of andere technische middelen om de concentraties in de lucht onder de aanbevolen blootstellingslimieten te houden. Wanneer er geen blootstellingslimieten zijn vastgesteld, houd dan de concentraties in de lucht op een aanvaardbaar niveau.
Draag bij gebruik van het product handschoenen die beschemen tegen chemicalien (EN 374 norm). De doorbraaktijd van de handschoen moet langer zijn dan de totale duur van het gebruik van het product. Als de werkzaamheden met het product langer duurt dan de doorbraaktijd van de handschoen, moet die tussenin vervangen worden. Handschoenen van neopreen zijn aan te bevelen.
Draag een veiligheidsbril met zij-afscherming (of een veiligheidsbril die geheel op het gezicht aansluit). Gebruik oogbescherming conform EN 166.
Bij ontoereikende ventilatie een geschikte adembescherming dragen. CCR met patroon voor organische damp. Overbodig bij normaal gebruik. (Filter type A)
Geschikte chemisch-resistente kleding dragen. Het gebruik van een ondoorlatend schort wordt aanbevolen.
Emissies van ventilatie- of procesapparatuur moet worden gecontroleerd om na te gaan dat zij voldoen aan de vereisten van milieubeschermingswetten. Rookgaswassers, filters of technische aanpassingen aan de procesapparatuur kunnen nodig zijn om de emissies tot aanvaardbaar niveaus te brengen.
