Critical first aid procedures for chemical exposure incidents and medical emergencies
Inhalation Exposure
Breng de getroffen persoon direct in de frisse lucht. Als de ademhaling stopt, geef kunstmatige beademing. Houd getroffen persoon warm en rustig. Raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts.
Symptoms:
Overmatige blootstelling aan organische oplosmiddelen kan het centrale zenuwstelsel onderdrukken, waardoor duizeligheid en bedwelming en, bij zeer hoge concentraties, bewusteloosheid en de dood kan optreden.
Skin Contact
Was de huid grondig met water en zeep. Verontreinigde kleding verwijderen en de huid grondig spoelen met water. Zoek medische hulp als irritatie na wassen aanwezig blijft.
Symptoms:
Dit product is bijtend (corrosief). Veroorzaakt ernstige brandwonden en oogletsel
Eye Contact
Spoel onmiddellijk met volop water. Verwijder eventuele contactlenzen en trek oogleden ver uit elkaar. Doorgaan met spoelen gedurende tenminste 15 minuten. Raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts. Doorgaan met spoelen.
Symptoms:
Dit product is bijtend (corrosief). Veroorzaakt ernstige brandwonden en oogletsel
Ingestion/Swallowing
Geen braken opwekken. Geef een paar kleine glazen water of melk te drinken. Geef een bewusteloos persoon nooit iets te eten of te drinken.
Symptoms:
Kan bij inslikken klachten veroorzaken. Kan maagpijn en overgeven veroorzaken. Kan misselijkheid, hoofdpijn, duizeligheid en bedwelming veroorzaken.
Medical Treatment
Behandel symptomatisch.
