First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Slachtoffer naar de frisse lucht brengen en warm en rustig houden. Bij irritatie van de ademhalingswegen arts consulteren.
Verontreinigde of doordrenkte kleding uittrekken. Na aanraking met de huid onmiddellijk wassen met veel water en zeep. Met vethoudende crème insmeren.
Bij oogcontact ogen met geopende oogleden voldoende lang met water spoelen, daarna direct oogarts consulteren.
Laat slachtoffer niet braken. Na het inslikken de mond met rijkelijk water uitspoelen (alleen wanneer de persoon bij bewustzijn is) en direct medische hulp inroepen. Rijkelijk water in kleine slokjes laten drinken (verdunningseffect).

Technische afzuig- of ventilatiemaatregelen indien mogelijk en voldoende.
Aanvullende handbeschermingsmaatregelen: Voor gebruik dichtheid/ondoorlaatbaarheid controleren. Handschoenen niet in de buurt van draaiende machinedelen of gereedschappen dragen. Bij gepland hergebruik handschoenen voor het uittrekken reinigen en goed geventileerd bewaren. Als technische afzuig- of ventilatiemaatregelen niet mogelijk of onvoldoende zijn, moet adembescherming gedragen worden. Geschikte ademhalingsapparatuur: Filterapparaat (DIN EN 147). Filterapparaat met filter resp. compressorfilterapparaat type: A.
Lichaamsbescherming: Laboratoriumschort, Overall. Passende lichaamsbescherming: Voor de bescherming tegen direct huidcontact is lichaamsbescherming (boven de normale werkkleding) noodzakelijk. Tegen chemicaliën bestendige veiligheidsschoenen. Alleen passende, gemakkelijke zittende en schone beschermingskleding dragen. Vereiste eigenschappen: Antistatisch, moeilijk ontvlambaar. Aanbevolen materiaal: Natuurlijke vezel (katoen), hittebestendige synthetische vezels.
