First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Slachtoffer naar de frisse lucht brengen en warm en rustig houden. Bij irritatie van de ademáshalingswegen arts consulteren.
Symptoms: irritatie van de ademáshalingswegen
Verontreinigde of doordrenkte kleding uittrekken. Na aanraking met de huid onmiddellijk wassen met veil water en zeep. Met vethoudende crème insmeren.
Bij oogcontact ogen met geopende oogleden voldoende lang met water spoelen, daarna direct oogarts consulteren.
Laat slachtoffer niet braken. Na het inslikken de mond met rijkelijk water uitspoelen (alleen wanneer de persoon bij bewustzijn is) en direct medische hulp inroepen. Rijkelijk water in kleine slokjes laten drinken (verdunningseffect)
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij een ongeval of indien men zich onwel voelt onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen. Bij irritatie van de ademáshalingswegen arts consulteren. Na oogcontact direct oogarts consulteren. Na inslikken direct medische hulp inroepen.

Technische afzuig- of ventilatiemaatregelen
Geschikt materiaal: NBR (Nitrilrubber). Doordringtijd (maximale draagduur): 480 min. Dikte van het handschoenenmateriaal: 0,5 mm. Aanvullende handbeschermingsmaatregelen: Voor gebruik dichtheid/ondoorlaatbaarheid controleren. Handschoenen niet in de buurt van draaiende machinedelen of gereedschappen dragen. Bij gepland hergebruik handschoenen voor het uittrekken reinigen en goed geventileerd bewaren. Opmerking: Bij het kiezen van de juiste kwaliteit van beschermingshandschoenen tegen chemicaliën moet rekening gehouden worden met de specifieke werkplekconcentratie en -hoeveelheid van de gevaarlijke stof. Het wordt aanbevolen zich door de handschoenenfabrikant te laten informeren over de bestendigheid tegen chemicaliën van de bovengenoemde beschermingshandschoenen voor speciaal gebruik.
Montuurbril met zijbescherming dragen
Als technische afzuig- of ventilatiemaatregelen niet mogelijk of onvoldoende zijn, moet adembescherming gedragen worden. Geschikte ademhalingsapparatuur: Filterapparaat (DIN EN 147). Filterapparaat met filter resp. compressorfilterapparaat type: A.
Laboratoriumschort Overall. Voor de bescherming tegen direct huidcontact is lichaamsbescherming (boven de normale werkkleding) noodzakelijk. Tegen chemicaliën bestendige veiligheidsschoenen. Alleen passende, gemakkelijke zittende en schone beschermingskleding dragen. Vereiste eigenschappen: Antistatisch, moeilijk ontvlambaar, hittebestendig.
