First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen.

Symptoms: NA INADEMEN VAN STOF: Droge keel/keelpijn. Hoesten. Irritatie luchtwegen. Neusslijmvliesirritatie. Lopende neus. Verkleuring van de tong. Kans op ontsteking van de luchtwegen.

Skin contact

Spoelen met water. Gebruik van zeep toegestaan. Slachtoffer naar arts brengen als irritatie aanhoudt.

Symptoms: Rode huid.

Eye contact

Spoelen met water. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen.

Symptoms: Roodheid van het oogweefsel. NA LANGDURIGE BLOOTSTELLING/CONTACT: Irritatie van het oogweefsel. Ontsteking oogbindvlies.

Ingestion

Mond spoelen met water. Zo vlug mogelijk na inname: veel water laten drinken. Antigifcentrum raadplegen (www.big.be/antigif.html). Indien men zich onwel voelt: medische dienst/arts raadplegen. Verpakking/braaksel tonen aan arts/ziekenhuis.

Symptoms: Misselijkheid. Buikpijn. Maag-/darmklachten.

Immediate Medical Attention

Bij inname van grote hoeveelheden: snel naar ziekenhuis.
