Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Provide adequate ventilation as well as local exhaustion at critical locations.

Hands

Wear suitable gloves. Suitable material: NBR (Nitrile rubber), FKM (fluoro rubber). Thickness of the glove material >= 0,5 mm Suitable material: PVC (Polyvinyl chloride). Wearing time with permanent contact: <= 15 min Unsuitable material: Thick fabric, Leather articles When handling with chemical substances, protective gloves must be worn with the CE-label including the four control digits. The quality of the protective gloves resistant to chemicals must be chosen as a function of the specific working place concentration and quantity of hazardous substances. Protect skin by using skin protective cream. For special purposes, it is recommended to check the resistance to chemicals of the protective gloves mentioned above together with the supplier of these gloves.

Eyes

Tightly sealed safety glasses.

Respiratory

In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection. Combination filtering device (EN 14387) A-P2

Skin/Body

Wear suitable protective clothing.

Environmental

Avoid release to the environment.
