Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in areas of storage and use. Never use pressure to empty the container. The container is not a pressure vessel. Always keep in containers made of the same material as the supplied container.
Store between 4 and 30 degrees C in a dry, well ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. No smoking. Prevent unauthorised access. Containers which are opened should be properly resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Store separately from oxidising agents and strongly alkaline and strongly acidic materials.
Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in areas of storage and use.
Exclude sources of heat, sparks and open flame. No smoking.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
For prolonged or repeated use or for individuals with high skin sensitivity wear protective gloves. Advice should be sought from glove suppliers on appropriate types. Barrier creams may help to protect exposed areas of the skin. They should not be applied once exposure has occurred.
Safety glasses with side shields to protect against liquid splashes
None normally required.
Suitable protective clothing should be worn.
Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance, physical state, melting point, boiling point, and material characteristics
Stability and Reactivity
Chemical stability, hazardous reactions, and incompatible materials
Stable under normal conditions of use (See Section 7).
No reactivity hazards known
No hazardous reactions expected if stored and handled as prescribed. (See Section 7).
High temperatures for prolonged periods.
Keep away from oxidising agents and strongly alkaline and strongly acidic materials to prevent the possibility of exothermic reaction.
