Emergency First Aid Measures
Critical first aid procedures for chemical exposure incidents and medical emergencies
๐ซ Inhalation Exposure
Remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. In case of respiratory tract irritation, consult a physician. Provide fresh air.
๐๏ธ Skin Contact
Wash immediately with: Water and soap Do not wash with: Solvents/Thinner In case of skin irritation, consult a physician.
๐๏ธ Eye Contact
In case of contact with eyes flush immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart and consult an ophthalmologist.
๐ฝ๏ธ Ingestion/Swallowing
Do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Let water be drunken in little sips (dilution effect).
Medical Treatment
Treat symptomatically.

๐งค Hand Protection
Work must be in accordance with EN 374. Please observe the manufacturer! The indicated permeation times are valid for full contact activities. Full contact gloves should offer permeation times over 120 minutes. Gloves with shorter permeation times are only suitable for short term contact. Contaminated gloves should be disposed of immediately, specially at the end of the work shift. If the maximum wear time has been reached, at the latest at the end of the shift. Suggested gloves: Suitable material for work with short term contact: nitrile-based rubber, e.g. Camatril made by KCL, or comparable products. Material thickness > 0,4mm, Permeation time > 30 minutes. Suitable material for work with short term contact: butyl-based rubber, e.g. Butoject made by KCL, or comparable products. Material thickness > 0,7mm, Permeation time > 30 minutes.
๐๏ธ Eye Protection
Eye glasses with side protection DIN EN 166
๐ท Respiratory Protection
If technical exhaust or ventilation measures are not possible or insufficient, respiratory protection must be worn. Respiratory protection necessary at: exceeding exposure limit values.
๐ฆบ Skin/Body Protection
Body protection: Required properties antistatic material, Natural fibres (e.g. cotton)
