First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Provide fresh air. If breathing is irregular or stopped, immediately seek medical assistance and start first aid actions.
After contact with skin, take off immediately all contaminated clothing, and wash immediately with plenty of water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
Rinse mouth immediately and drink plenty of water. Call a physician immediately.
Immediate Medical Attention
Call a physician immediately (for ingestion). In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
water spray, alcohol resistant foam, fire extinguishing powder, carbon dioxide (CO2)
water jet
Combustible.
Co-ordinate firefighting measures to the fire surroundings. Fight fire with normal precautions from a reasonable distance.
Firefighter Protection
In case of fire and/or explosion do not breathe fumes.
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Remove persons to safety. Ventilate affected area.
Keep away from drains, surface and ground water. Retain contaminated washing water and dispose of it.
Collect spillage.
Materials: Absorbent material (e.g. sand, diatomaceous earth, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust, etc.).

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe vapour/spray.
Keep container tightly closed and in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Store in a dry place.
Do not eat, drink and smoke in work areas. Wash hands after use. Preventive skin protection (barrier creams/ointments) is recommended. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering eating areas.
Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharge.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
General ventilation.
Material: NBR: acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber; Material thickness: ≥ 0,4 mm; Breakthrough times: >480 minutes (permeation: level 6). Chemical protection gloves are suitable, which are tested according to EN 374. Check leak-tightness/impermeability prior to use. In the case of wanting to use the gloves again, clean them before taking off and air them well. For special purposes, it is recommended to check the resistance to chemicals of the protective gloves mentioned above together with the supplier of these gloves.
Wear eye/face protection. (EN 166).
In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection.
Protective clothing against liquid chemicals.
Use appropriate container to avoid environmental contamination. Keep away from drains, surface and ground water.
