First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Move to fresh air in case of accidental inhalation of vapours. If symptoms develop, seek medical attention.

Symptoms: Inhalation of high vapour concentrations may cause symptoms like headache, dizziness, tiredness, nausea and vomiting. Inhalation of vapours in high concentration can cause narcotic effects.

Skin contact

No specific precautions required.

Symptoms: May cause sensitization of susceptible persons by skin contact.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.

Symptoms: Causes serious eye irritation.

Ingestion

Do not provoke vomiting. Consult physician. Rinse mouth. Make drink some glasses of water. The decision whether to provoke vomiting is to be taken by a physician.

Symptoms: acute danger of suffocating

Immediate Medical Attention

If symptoms develop, seek medical attention. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist. Consult physician.
