First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

In case of inhaling spray mists, consult a doctor immediately and show him box or label. If victim is at risk of losing consciousness, position and transport on their side. Provide fresh air.

Symptoms: Vapours may cause drowsiness and dizziness.

Skin contact

After contact with skin, wash immediately with: Water. Remove contaminated, saturated clothing immediately. Change contaminated clothing. Wash thoroughly the body (shower or bath).

Symptoms: Frequently or prolonged contact with skin may cause dermal irritation.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately carefully and thoroughly with eye-bath or water. If product gets into the eye, keep eyelid open and rinse immediately with large quantities of water, for at least 5 minutes. Subsequently consult an ophthalmologist.

Ingestion

If swallowed, immediately drink: Water. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately.

Symptoms: Risk of aspiration!

Immediate Medical Attention

In case of accident or unwellness, seek medical advice immediately. Consult a doctor immediately for inhalation. Consult an ophthalmologist for eye contact. Call a physician immediately for ingestion.

Firefighting Measures

Handling and Storage

Keep container tightly closed. Keep only in the original container in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Protect against: heat.

Hygiene

Change contaminated clothing. Wash hands before breaks and after work. When using do not eat or drink. Observe the wear time limits according GefStoffV in combination with the rules for using respiratory protection apparatus (BGR 190).

Fire prevention

Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Vapours may form explosive mixtures with air.
