Hygiene

Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling the product.

Fire prevention

Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Ground/bond container and receiving equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge.

08

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Ensure good ventilation of the work station.

Hands

Chemically resistant protective gloves. EN 374. Choosing the proper glove is a decision that depends not only on the type of material, but also on other quality features, which differ for each manufacturer. Please follow the instructions related to the permeability and the penetration time provided by the manufacturer. Gloves must be replaced after each use and whenever signs of wear or perforation appear. Do not use : Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Chloroprene rubber, Nitrile rubber, Natural rubber. Type: Chemically resistant protective gloves, Material: Butyl rubber, Permeation: 1 (> 10 minutes), Thickness (mm): 0,7, Standard: EN ISO 374

Eyes

Wear closed safety glasses. EN 166. Emergency eye wash fountains should be available in the immediate vicinity of any potential exposure

Respiratory

In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Breathing apparatus with filter. EN 14387. Filter type: A. Breathing equipment is only to be used in order to handle the residual risk of short term jobs if all other risk minimizing measures have been carried out e.g. retention and/or local exhaust.

Skin/Body

Wear suitable protective clothing. EN 13034. EN 14605

Environmental

Avoid release to the environment.
