First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In case of accident by inhalation: remove casualty to fresh air and keep at rest. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. No artificial respiration, mouth-to-mouth or mouth to nose. Use suitable instruments/apparatus. Call a physician immediately.
Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. Call a physician immediately.
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Consult an eye specialist immediately. Go to an ophthalmic hospital if possible.
Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately.
Symptoms: Severe burns of the mouth and throat, as well as a danger of perforation of the oesophagus and the stomach.
Medical Treatment
Treat symptomatically.
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
High volume water jet
The substance itself does not burn, but in contact with combustible substances it increases the risk of fire and can fuel any existing fire substantially.
Control smoke with water spray.
Firefighter Protection
In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear appropriate body protection (full protective suit)
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Keep away unprotected persons. Use personal protective equipment. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with the skin and the eyes. Do not breathe vapours or spray mist. Wear respiratory protection.
Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Avoid subsoil penetration.
collect with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national regulations (see section 13). The compatibility with absorbent material should be tested in advance.

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Keep container tightly closed. Ensure adequate ventilation. Use personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not breathe vapours or spray mist. Use respirator with appropriate filter if vapours or aerosol are released. Emergency eye wash fountains and emergency showers should be available in the immediate vicinity.
Keep tightly closed in a dry and cool place. Keep in a well-ventilated place. Store in original container. Keep in an area equipped with acid resistant flooring.
Keep away from food, drink and animal feedingstuffs. Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday. Take off all contaminated clothing immediately.
Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Refer to protective measures listed in sections 7 and 8.
Protective gloves complying with EN 374. Please observe the instructions regarding permeability and breakthrough time which are provided by the supplier of the gloves. Also take into consideration the specific local conditions under which the product is used, such as the danger of cuts, abrasion, and the contact time. Protective gloves should be replaced at first signs of wear. Material: Fluorinated rubber, Break through time: > 480 min, Glove thickness: 0,4 mm; Material: polychloroprene, Break through time: > 120 min, Glove thickness: 0,5 mm; Material: butyl-rubber, Break through time: > 120 min, Glove thickness: 0,5 mm; Material: Polyvinylchloride, Break through time: > 120 min, Glove thickness: 0,5 mm
Tightly fitting safety goggles (EN166) Face-shield
In case of brief exposure or low pollution use breathing filter apparatus. Recommended Filter type:E Combination filter:B-P2 In case of intensive or longer exposure use self-contained breathing apparatus. Equipment should conform to EN 14387
Impervious clothing Chemical resistant apron
Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Avoid subsoil penetration. If the product contaminates rivers and lakes or drains inform respective authorities. If material reaches soil inform authorities responsible for such cases.
