Remove victim to uncontaminated area wearing self contained breathing apparatus. Keep victim warm and rested. Call a doctor. Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation if breathing stopped.

Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation. Oxygen detectors should be used when asphyxiating gases may be released. Systems under pressure should be regularily checked for leakages.
