First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

IF INHALED: remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER/doctor.

Symptoms: Coughing. sneezing. Headache. Drowsiness. Dizziness. Shortness of breath.

Skin contact

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water/. Take off contaminated clothing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Discontinue use of product.

Symptoms: Redness. Swelling. dryness. Itching.

Eye contact

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.

Symptoms: Severe pain. Redness. Swelling. Blurred vision.

Ingestion

IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.

Symptoms: Oral mucosal or gastro-intestinal irritation. Nausea. Vomiting. Excessive secretion. Diarrhea.

Immediate Medical Attention

Call a POISON CENTER/doctor for inhalation, eye contact, and ingestion. Get medical advice/attention if skin irritation occurs.
