Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Do not recirculate outlet air that contain the substances. The formation of vapours must be kept at a minimum and below current limit values. Installation of a local exhaust system if normal air flow in the work room is not sufficient is recommended. Ensure eyewash and emergency showers are clearly marked. Apply standard precautions during use of the product. Avoid inhalation of vapours.

Hands

Specific hand protection requirements include Vinyl/PVC gloves with a thickness of 0.6 mm. Breakthrough time and specific standards are not specified.

Eyes

Wear safety glasses with side shields, compliant with EN166 standard.

Respiratory

In case of inadequate ventilation, use a Type A, Class 1 (low capacity), Brown coloured respirator, compliant with EN14387 standard.

Skin/Body

Dedicated work clothing should be worn for body protection. No specific type, category, or standards are mentioned.
