Rigid polyisocyanurate foam according to EN13165 product standard. Facings: Alu stucco foil, Composite foil, Mineral coated glass tissue, Bitumen coated glass tissue, Plasterboard, OSB, Gypsum fibre, Mineral fibre, Particle board.
First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In case of inhalation of dust, remove the person to fresh air.
Rinse well in running water.
Symptoms: Non-sensitising. When coated glass tissue and mineral fibre is handled, skin irritation may occur.
Dust particles should be removed by flushing with clean water. When penetrated with mineral fibre, do not rub, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
Immediate Medical Attention
When penetrated with mineral fibre, seek medical advice.

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
For handling aluminium faced boards, it is recommended to use protective gloves to avoid cuts. Do not expose the product to fire or any heat source for a long period of time.
Store in original packing. Store on a dry and level surface.
Store in a location free from any ignition hazard such as open flames, cutting and welding torches, high surface electric heaters and other forms of direct radiant heating.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Where dust is generated through mechanical cutting in confined spaces, it is recommended that extraction be used.
It is recommended to wear protective gloves, in case of handling aluminium faced products, to protect against burns through contact with hot bitumen, to avoid skin irritation in contact with glass fibre and glass tissue.
Eye protection recommended during mechanical cutting. When installing a product with reflective foil facings in very bright or sunny weather it is advisable to wear UV protective sunglasses or goggles.
As with all cutting procedures, it is recommended that a disposable dust mask be worn.
