First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Move the casualty into the fresh air. Consult a doctor if the person has difficulty in breathing
In the case of contact with the skin, wash immediately with abundant soap and water.
For eye contact, flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes. Hold eyelids apart to ensure rinsing of the entire surface of the surface of the eyes and lids with water. Get medical attention.
Do not induce vomit. If vomiting takes place naturally, bend the person forward to prevent suffocation hazard. Consult a doctor.
Immediate Medical Attention
See section 4.1
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
Foam, carbon dioxide (CO2), powder, water spray.
Do not use water jets as they can disperse and spread fire.
If involved in a fire, remember it can produce toxic gases.
Use atomized water to cool closed containers in a fire
Firefighter Protection
Use personal protective equipment. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Move any people not authorized to contain the emergency out of the area. Avoid coming in contact with the substance or handling containers without adequate protection. Use the personal protective equipment described in section 8. Eliminate all sources of ignition. Remove all incompatible materials as outlined in section 10.5 of SDS.
Contain the spillage as far as possible. Prevent spilled materials getting into the drainage system, wells, surface water or groundwater. In the case of leaks into a water course, drains, or if the product has contaminated the ground or vegetation, contact the local authorities.
If possible, vacuum up the spilled material and/or absorb parts that can't be vacuumed up with inert materials (sand, earth, absorbent materials...) and place in suitable containers (separate liquids and solids) for disposal in accordance with section 13. After collection, ventilate and clean the affected area with water before granting access.
Materials: inert materials (sand, earth, absorbent materials...)

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Avoid breathing vapors.
Keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Keep the recipient tightly closed. Stable in normal conditions.
Do no eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash face, hands and mouth thoroughly after handling. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Ensure the premises where the substance is stored/handled are adequately ventilated, cool and dry.
Suitable chemical resistant safety gloves (EN 374) e.g. nitrile rubber (0.4 mm), chloroprene rubber (0.5 mm), PVC (0.7 mm) and other. Consult the glove manufacturer for specific information on the suitability of the gloves. Replace the gloves in the case of internal contamination, when punctured, or if external contamination cannot be removed. The practical usage time depends on many conditions, see manufacturer's directions.
Safety goggles or visor (EN 166)
when vapors concentrations exceed permissible exposure limits, wear respiratory protection. Gas filter EN 141 type A for gases and vapors of organic compounds (boiling point >65°C).
Use suitable protective clothing for chemical substances.
See sections 6.2 and 13.1.
