Remove person to fresh air. Remove contaminated clothing and loosen remaining clothing. Allow person to assume most comfortable position and keep warm. Keep at rest until fully recovered.

Symptoms: Harmful if inhaled. Inhalation of product vapours can cause irritation of the nose, throat and may cause respiratory irritation.

Wash affected areas with water and soap.

Symptoms: May cause an allergic skin reaction.

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Symptoms: Causes serious eye irritation. Will cause tearing, stinging, blurred vision and redness.

Rinse mouth. Never give anything to the mouth of an unconscious person. If vomiting occurs, place victim face downwards, with the head turned to the side and lower than the hips to prevent vomit entering the lungs.

Symptoms: Ingestion of this product may irritate the gastric tract causing nausea and vomiting.

Foam, carbon dioxide or dry powder.

Do not use water jet as an extinguisher, as this will spread the fire.

This product may emit toxic/or irritating fumes, smoke and gases including carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and unidentified organic compounds.

Water spray may be used to cool down heat exposed containers. Fight fire from safe location.

Evacuate all non-essential personnel from affected area. Extinguish or remove all sources of ignition and stop leak if safe to do so. Increase ventilation.

Use clean non sparking tools to collect the material and place into suitable labelled containers for subsequent recycling or disposal.

Read carefully and follow all instructions. Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Do not breathe fumes, mist, vapours or spray. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective clothing [as detailed in SDS Section 8]. Prevent a build-up of mists or vapours in the work atmosphere. Do not use near ignition sources. Do not pressurise, cut or weld containers as they may contain hazardous residues.

Store locked up. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from sources of ignition, oxidizing agents, strong acids, foodstuffs and clothing. Keep containers closed when not in use and protected against physical damage.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Do not use near ignition sources. Store away from sources of ignition.

This substance is hazardous and should be used with a local exhaust ventilation system drawing vapours away from worker breathing zone. A flame-proof exhaust ventilation system is required.

Wear gloves of imperious materials (Nitrile rubber or VitonTIM).

Safety glasses with side shields, chemical goggles or full face shield should be used.

If engineering controls are not effective in controlling airborne exposure then an approved respirator protective requirement. Refer to Australian Standards AS/NZS1715.

Wear suitable protective workwear, eg cotton overalls buttoned at neck and wrist is recommended. Chemical resistant apron recommended where large quantities are handled.

Stable at ambient temperature and under normal conditions of use.

Reacts with incompatible materials.

Avoid heat, flames and other sources of ignition.

Strong acids. Strong alkalis. Strong oxidising agents. Strong reducing agents.

Thermal decomposition could produce carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and unidentified organic compounds.
