If breathing is difficult, remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

Skin contact

Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower.

Eye contact

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

Ingestion

Rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting, call a doctor.

Medical Treatment

Treat symptomatically.

05

Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Carbon dioxide. Foam. Water spray. Dry powder.

Unsuitable media

Do not use a heavy water stream.

Instructions

Fight fire with normal precautions from a reasonable distance.

Firefighter Protection

Use a self-contained breathing apparatus and also a protective suit.

06

Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

Ventilate spillage area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Evacuate unnecessary personnel. Prevent from entering sewers, basements and workpits, or any place where its accumulation can be dangerous. Stop leak if safe to do so.

Environmental

Avoid release to the environment.

Cleanup methods

Clear up rapidly by scoop or vacuum. Flush residue with large amounts of water.
