Chemical components, concentration ranges, and hazardous substance identification
This mixture does not contain any substances to be mentioned according to the criteria of section 3.2 of REACH annex II.
First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Move into fresh air and keep at rest. Perform artificial respiration if breathing has stopped.
Remove contaminated clothes and wash skin thoroughly with water and soap.
Symptoms: Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause dermatitis and defatting.
Immediately flush with plenty of water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses and open eyes wide apart.
Symptoms: Eye contact may cause eye redness.
Immediately rinse mouth and provide fresh air.
Symptoms: Danger of aspiration and development of chemical pneumonia.
Immediate Medical Attention
Get medical attention if any discomfort continues. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing.
Medical Treatment
Treat symptomatically.
Firefighting Measures
Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection
foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, sand or water spray.
water jet
Solvent vapours may possibly ignite. Fire may create toxic gases/vapours/fumes of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
Keep up-wind to avoid fumes. If possible, fight fire from protected position. Move container from fire area if it can be done without risk. Cool containers exposed to flames with water until well after the fire is out.
Firefighter Protection
Wear full protective clothing. Self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case of fire.
Accidental Release Measures
Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection
Wear protective clothing as described in Section 8 of this safety data sheet. Remove ignition sources. Can create slippery conditions. Eye contact must be prevented by means of suitable personal protection equipment.
Cover large spillage with alcohol-resistant foam.
Do not discharge onto the ground or into water courses. Do not allow any environmental contamination. Never use water by itself on spillage; this will spread the spill and cause further contamination.
Absorb spillage with non-combustible, absorbent material.
Materials: non-combustible, absorbent material.

Handling and Storage
Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Wear full protective clothing for prolonged exposure and/or high concentrations. Container must be kept tightly closed. Do not smoke.
Keep containers tightly closed. Keep in original container.
Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Eliminate all sources of ignition. Static electricity and formation of sparks must be prevented.
Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Provide adequate ventilation, including appropriate local extraction, to ensure that the defined occupational exposure limit is not exceeded.
Wear suitable clothing and protective gloves. Manufactured/tested in accordance with EN 374.
Wear splash-proof eye goggles to prevent any possibility of eye contact. If risk of splashing, wear safety goggles or face shield. Manufactured/Tested in accordance with EN 166.
If ventilation is insufficient, suitable respiratory protection is recommended. Check that mask fits tight and change filter regularly.
Wear appropriate clothing to prevent repeated or prolonged skin contact.
