First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove the victim into fresh air. Respiratory problems: consult a doctor/medical service.

Symptoms: EXPOSURE TO HIGH CONCENTRATIONS: Dizziness. Narcosis. Irritation of the respiratory tract. Irritation of the nasal mucous membranes.

Skin contact

Wash immediately with lots of water. Soap may be used. Take victim to a doctor if irritation persists. Take victim to a doctor/medical service if irritation persists.

Symptoms: Tingling/irritation of the skin. ON CONTINUOUS/REPEATED EXPOSURE/CONTACT: Dry skin. Cracking of the skin.

Eye contact

Rinse with water. Take victim to an ophthalmologist if irritation persists.
