First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Take the victim out into the fresh air and calm down under supervision.

Skin contact

Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash the skin with soap and water.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove all contact lenses and close the eye wide open.

Ingestion

Immediately rinse your mouth and drink 1-2 glasses of water or milk. Keep a person under observation. Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep your head down.

Immediate Medical Attention

If the victim feels unwell, go to a hospital and take this information sheet with you. If you have eczema or other skin complaints: Go to the doctor and take the information sheet with you. If irritation persists: Consult a doctor and take the information sheet with you. Immediate transport to the hospital.
