First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

If inhaled and if breathing is difficult, remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Allow the victim to rest.

Skin contact

Wash skin thoroughly with mild soap and water. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

Eye contact

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
