Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If breathing difficulties persist : Get medical advice/attention.

Skin contact

Take off contaminated clothing. Gently wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately and thoroughly, pulling the eyelids well away from the eye (15 minutes minimum). Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

Ingestion

Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth out with water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a poison center or a doctor if you feel unwell.

Immediate Medical Attention

Get immediate medical advice/attention.

Medical Treatment

Treat symptomatically.

Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Dry chemical. Carbon dioxide. Sand/earth. Water spray. Foam.

Unsuitable media

Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.

Instructions

Cool down the containers exposed to heat with a water spray.

Firefighter Protection

Do not attempt to take action without suitable protective equipment. Self-contained breathing apparatus. Complete protective clothing.

06

Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

Ventilate spillage area. Spilled material may present a slipping hazard.

Environmental

Avoid release to the environment.

Cleanup methods

Stop leak if safe to do so. Take up liquid spill into inert absorbent material. Clear up rapidly by scoop or vacuum. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal. Put into a labelled container and provide safe disposal. Clear contaminated areas thoroughly.

Materials: inert absorbent material
