Notes

Text of H phrases and classification codes (GHS/CLP) see section 16. The substances in this section are named according to your actual corresponding classification! This means that in the presence of substances listed in Annex VI Table 3.1 of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation), all notes possibly cited for the classification in question have been taken into account. The addition of the higher concentrations listed here may result in a classification. Only when this classification is listed in Section 2 does it apply. In all other cases the total concentration is lower than the classification.

First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Let the person breathe fresh air and consult a medical specialist.

Skin contact

Remove contaminated clothing immediately, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and soap, in case of skin irritation (redness, etc.) consult a doctor immediately.

Symptoms: skin irritation (redness, etc.)

Eye contact

Remove contact lenses. Rinse thoroughly and abundantly with water for several minutes, if necessary call a doctor.

Ingestion

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Do not induce vomiting, give plenty of water, call a doctor immediately.

Immediate Medical Attention

Call a doctor immediately.

Medical Treatment

Symptomatic treatment.

05

Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Water spray/foam/CO2/dry extinguisher

Unsuitable media

Full water jet

Specific hazards

In case of fire the following may form: Carbon oxides Toxic gases

Instructions

In case of fire and/or explosion, do not breathe fumes.

Firefighter Protection

Personal protective equipment see section 8. Respiratory equipment is required regardless of ventilation. Depending on the size of the fire Possibly total protection.

06

Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

In case of spillage or inadvertent exposure, wear personal protective equipment to avoid contamination. Ensure adequate ventilation, remove any sources of explosion. Avoid dust formation in solid and powdered products. If possible, leave the danger zones, apply existing emergency plans if necessary. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Large spill

Contain in case of large spills.

Environmental

Contain in case of large spills. Eliminate any leaks, if possible without creating any danger. Avoid infiltration into surface water, groundwater and soil. Do not dispose of residues in drains.

Cleanup methods

Absorb with hygroscopic material (e.g. universal binder, sand, tripoli, sawdust)

Materials: hygroscopic material (e.g. universal binder, sand, tripoli, sawdust)

07

Handling and Storage

Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements

Handling

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Eating, drinking, smoking and storing food in the work area is prohibited. Observe the information on the label and the instructions for use.

Storage

Store the product only in original and closed packaging. Do not store the product in corridors and stairways. Protect from sunlight and heat. Store in a well-ventilated place. Store in a dry place. Store in a cool place.

Hygiene

Follow general hygiene rules for chemicals. Wash your hands before breaks and at the end of work. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Before entering eating areas, remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment.

08

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Ensure good ventilation. This can also be achieved by local exhaust ventilation or general exhaust of stale air. If this is not sufficient to keep the concentration below the TLV / AGW values, wear suitable respiratory protection.

Hands

Chemical resistant protective gloves (EN ISO 374). Recommended. Protective nitrile gloves (EN ISO 374). Minimum layer thickness in mm: 0.5. Breakthrough time in minutes: 480. Protective hand cream is recommended. The drilling times determined according to EN 16523-1 were not carried out under practical conditions. A maximum gestation period corresponding to 50% of the drilling period is recommended. Additional Hand Protection Information - No testing has been conducted. In the mixtures, a choice was made based on the best specific knowledge and the information available on the substances contained. The choice of substances is based on the indications of the glove manufacturers. For the final selection of glove material, breakthrough times, permeation rates and degradation must be taken into account. The choice of the right glove depends not only on the material, but also on other quality characteristics, which vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In mixtures, the resistance of the glove materials cannot be calculated in advance and must therefore be checked before use. The manufacturer must determine the exact breakthrough time of the glove material and ensure that it is adhered to.

Eyes

Hermetically sealed safety glasses with side protection (EN 166).

Respiratory

In normal cases not necessary. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear a respirator.

Skin/Body

Protective clothing (e.g. EN ISO 20345 safety shoes, long-sleeved protective work clothing).

Environmental

There is no information at the moment.
