Three Workplace Types
Define workplaces as a Location (physical area), Profile (worker or team), or Process (work procedure). Each type enables specific tracking and compliance.
Ventilation Levels
Set ventilation from outdoor, indoor with no ventilation, basic, good, or enhanced mechanical ventilation. Feeds directly into EMKG and ECETOC TRA assessments.
PROC Categories
Assign Process Categories (PROC 1-25) to define how chemicals are used — from closed systems to high-energy spraying — for accurate exposure modelling.
Folder Hierarchy
Create folders and nest workplaces into a tree structure. Group by site, building, department, or any organisational scheme you need.
Drag-and-Drop Organisation
Use the Organize tab to drag workplaces between folders, reorder them, and add new folders — all with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
Labels & Filtering
Assign labels to group workplaces (e.g. "Production", "Warehouse"). Filter the overview by label to show only matching locations.
Overview Tab
See all workplaces grouped by folder with name, type, and labels visible at a glance. Quickly navigate to any workplace's inventory.
Worker Profiles
Track chemical exposure for individual workers or teams. Profile-type workplaces link directly to risk assessments and compliance reports.
Compliance Reporting
Generate reports per workplace supporting REACH Article 36, OSHA 1910.1200(e), and ISO 45001 clause 6.1.2 obligations.

What workplace types can I create?

What ventilation levels are available?
