First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng getroffen persoon in de frisse lucht en houdt deze warm en rustig in een positie gemakkelijk voor ademhaling. Raadpleeg een arts als klachten aanhouden.
Symptoms: Symptomen na hoge blootstelling kunnen het volgende omvatten: Hoofdpijn.
Was de huid grondig met water en zeep. In het geval dat zich overgevoeligheidssymptomen ontwikkelen; zorg dat verdere blootstelling wordt vermeden. Zoek medische hulp als irritatie na wassen aanwezig blijft.
Symptoms: Kan overgevoeligheid of allergische reacties veroorzaken bij mensen die gevoelig zijn.
Verwijder eventuele contactlenzen en trek oogleden ver uit elkaar. Voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten. Raadpleeg een arts als klachten aanhouden.
Symptoms: Kan licht irriterend voor de ogen zijn.
Onmiddellijk spoelen met veel water. Geen braken opwekken. Bij braken moet het hoofd laag worden gehouden om te voorkomen dat er braaksel in de longen komt. Zoek medische ondersteuning.
Symptoms: Kan maagpijn en overgeven veroorzaken.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij twijfel onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen. Zoek medische ondersteuning.

Zorg voor adequate ventilatie.
Onder normale omstandigheden zijn geen specifieke maatregelen voorzien. Grote hoeveelheden gelekte/gemorste stof. Beschermende handschoenen dragen. Om handen te beschermen tegen chemicaliën, moeten handschoenen voldoen aan de Europese Standaard EN374.
Geen specifieke oog bescherming nodig bij normaal gebruik. Oogbescherming die voldoet aan een goedgekeurde standaard moet gedragen worden als een risicoanalyse aangeeft dat oogcontact mogelijk is. Persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen voor oog- en gezichtsbescherming moeten voldoen aan de Europese norm EN166.
