Gebruik een algemene verdunningsventilatie en / of plaatselijke afzuiging om de luchtconcentratie onder de relevante blootstellingslimieten te houden en/of de controle te bewaren over stof / rook / gas / nevel / damp of spuitnevel. Indien ventilatie onvoldoende is, gebruik ademhalingsbescherming. Zorg voor geschikte plaatselijke afzuiging bij het snijden, slijpen, schuren of andere machinale bewerking.
Aanbevolen wordt handschoenen te gebruiken, gemaakt van volgende materialen: Nitrilrubber
Selecteer en gebruik oog-, gezichtsbescheming op basis van de resultaten van een blootstellingsanalyse. De volgende typen oog-, gezichtsbescheming worden aanbevolen: Ruimzichtbril met indirecte ventilatie.
Een blootstellinganalyse kan nodig zijn om te beslissen of een gasmasker nodig is. Als een gasmasker nodig is, gebruik deze dan als onderdeel van een volledige ademhalingbeschermingsprogramma. Selecteer, op basis van de resultaten van de blootstellingsanalyse, een van de volgende gasmaskertypen om blootstelling door inhalatie te verminderen: Halfgelaatsmasker of volgelaatsmasker geschikt voor organische dampen en partikels
Om contact met de huid te voorkomen dient u handschoenen en/of beschermende kleding te selcteren die goedgekeurd zijn volgens lokale eisen en zijn gekozen op basis van de resultaten van de blootstellinganalyse. De selectie dient te worden gebaseerd op gebruiksfactoren zoals blootstellingsniveaus, concentratie van de stof of het mengsel, de frequentie en de duur van gebruik, fysieke uitdagingen zoals extreme temperaturen, en andere voorwaarden. Neem contact op met uw handschoen en/of beschermende kledingfabrikant voor selectie van passende handschoenen/beschermende kleding.
