First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Slachtoffer naar de frisse lucht brengen en warm en rustig houden. Bij onregelmatige ademhaling of ademstilstand kunstmatige beademing.

Skin contact

Vervuilde, gedrenkte kleding direct uittrekken. Na aanraking met de huid onmiddellijk wassen met veel water en zeep.

Symptoms: Veroorzaakt lichte huidirritatie.

Eye contact

Voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen.

Ingestion

Bij inslikken, mond met water spoelen (alleen als de persoon bij bewustzijn is). Slachtoffer rustig houden. GEEN braken opwekken.

Immediate Medical Attention

Als er symptomen optreden of in geval van twijfel een arts consulteren. Bij bewusteloosheid een arts consulteren. Onmiddellijk medisch advies inwinnen bij oogcontact en inslikken.

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Voor goede ventilatie zorgen. Dit kan door lokale resp. ruimteafzuiging worden bereikt. Indien dit niet voldoende is om de concentraties aerosol- en oplosmiddeldampen onder de werkplekgrenswaarden te houden, dient een geschikt ademhalingsapparaat te worden gedragen.

Hands

Bij langdurig of herhaald hanteren dient het handschoenmateriaal te worden gebruikt: NBR (Nitrilkautschuk). dikte van het handschoenenmateriaal > 0,4 mm ; Doordringtijd (maximale draagduur) > 480 min. De instructies en informatie van de producent van beschermingshandschoenen ten aanzien van het gebruik, de opslag, het onderhoud en het vervangen dienen in acht te worden genomen. Doordringingstijd van het handschoenmateriaal in afhankelijkheid van de sterkte en de duur van de blootstelling aan de huid. Aanbevolen handschoenenfabrikaten DIN EN 374 Beschermende crèmes kunnen helpen om blootgestelde delen van de huid te beschermen. Na contact met het product dienen deze in geen geval te worden gebruikt.

Eyes

Bij spuitgevaar goedsluitende beschermingsbril dragen.

Respiratory

Ligt de oplosmiddelconcentratie boven de werkplekgrenswaarden, dient een voor dit doeleinde geschikt en goedgekeurd ademhalingsapparaat te worden gedragen. De beperking van de draagtijd conform GefStoffV in combinatie met de regels voor het gebruik van adembeschermingsapparaten (BGR 190) dienen in acht te worden genomen. Alleen ademhalingsbeschermingsmaskers met CE-kenmerk inclusief het viercijferige controlenummer gebruiken.

Skin/Body

Dragen van antistatisch kleding uit natuurlijke vezel (katoen) of hittebestendige synthetische vezels.

Environmental

Niet in de riolering of open wateren lozen. Zie hoofdstuk 7. Er zijn geen overtreffende maatregelen noodzakelijk.
