About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to own the Belgian sales pipeline at NextSDS. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects across industries like manufacturing, pharma, food, cosmetics, and logistics. As a bilingual professional, you’ll engage decision-makers in both Dutch and French, positioning NextSDS as the go-to platform for chemical safety management.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage the Belgian sales pipeline across multiple industries
- Craft personalized outreach strategies across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Test messaging approaches and optimize based on performance data
- Secure qualified conversations and provide context to the closing team
- Partner with marketing on campaign development and pipeline generation
- Stay current on product updates, regulatory trends, and competitive landscape
- Represent NextSDS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Belgium
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or business development roles
- Fully bilingual in Dutch and French (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern sales tech is a plus
- Background in EHS, chemical safety, or regulated industries is a bonus
