First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. Provide fresh air.

Symptoms: Respiratory tract irritation. Allergic reactions, Asthmatic complaints, Respiratory complaints, Dizziness, Headache.

Skin contact

Wash immediately with: Water and soap.

Symptoms: Skin irritation.

Eye contact

In case of contact with eyes flush immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart and consult an ophthalmologist.

Ingestion

Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Let water be drunken in little sips (dilution effect).

Medical Treatment

Treat symptomatically.
