Emergency First Aid Measures
Critical first aid procedures for chemical exposure incidents and medical emergencies
๐ซ Inhalation Exposure
Remove the victim from the environment and take to a fresh and ventilated area. If the person feels unwell, seek medical attention immediately.
๐๏ธ Skin Contact
Remove any contaminated clothing which will have to be washed before re-use. Rinse immediately and thoroughly (for at least 15 minutes) with water and antiseptic soap all body parts coming in contact with the product, even if only suspected. In case of involvement of the mucosal membranes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
๐๏ธ Eye Contact
Rinse immediately with plenty of clean running water for at least 20 minutes, separating the eyelid. Consult a physician or specialist for an inspection.
๐ฝ๏ธ Ingestion/Swallowing
SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. Do not induce vomiting. Drink plenty of water and keep the victim relaxed until a physician arrives.
๐จ Immediate Medical Attention Required
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL, IMMEDIATELY SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE.
Medical Treatment
Treat symptoms and alleviate over-exposure. A copy of this Safety Data Sheet should be made available to attending medical personnel.

Exposure Controls & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and required safety equipment
๐ญ Engineering Controls
Per prudent laboratory practice, an eyewash/safety shower must be readily assessable in areas of use.
๐งค Hand Protection
Nitrile gloves are recommended for use with this product. Gloves must be inspected prior to use. When removing gloves, avoid touching the outer surface with skin. Dispose of contaminated gloves according to good laboratory practices and local hazardous waste regulations. Wash and dry hands after removing gloves.
๐๏ธ Eye Protection
Safety glasses with side shields recommended for typical applications. If aerosols, splashes or sprays can be generated (e.g., during spill clean-up), wear tight fitting goggles. Use equipment for eye protection tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN 166 (EU).
๐ท Respiratory Protection
None normally needed under routine circumstances of use. Where risk assessment shows air purifying respirators are appropriate (e.g., spill response to a non-incidental release), use a respirator with multi-purpose combination (US) or type ABEK (EN 14387) respirator cartridges as a back up to engineering controls. Use respirators and components tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).
๐ฆบ Skin/Body Protection
Wear laboratory coat under typical circumstances of use and during clean-up of spills.
๐ Environmental Exposure Controls
Do not let product enter drains. Recommend the use of safety pipette device.
