Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove to fresh air. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. In case of shortness of breath, give oxygen.

Symptoms: breathing is irregular or stopped, shortness of breath

Skin contact

Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water while removing all contaminated clothes and shoes. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use.

Eye contact

Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician.

Ingestion

Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Immediate Medical Attention

consult a physician; When symptoms persist or in all cases of doubt seek medical advice; Call a physician immediately; If swallowed, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately.
