First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Verwijder de patiënt van de blootstelling, zonder uw eigen veiligheid in gevaar te brengen.
Symptoms: De patiënt kan over irritatie van de keel en een bedrukt gevoel in de borst klagen.
Verwijder alle vervuilde kleding en schoeisel onmiddellijk tenzij zij aan de huid vastgeplakt zitten. Onmiddellijk wassen met veel zeep en water.
Symptoms: Op de plek waar het contact plaats vond kunnen zich irritatie en roodheid voordoen.
Het oog gedurende 15 minuten met stromend water bespoelen. Naar ziekenhuis brengen voor onderzoek door specialist.
Symptoms: Er kunnen zich pijn en roodheid voordoen. De ogen kunnen overvloedig tranen. De patiënt kan hevige pijn lijden. Het gezicht kan vertroebeld worden.
Mond met water spoelen. Niet laten braken. Indien de patiënt bij het bewustzijn is dient men hem/haar onmiddellijk een halve liter water te laten drinken. Raadpleeg een arts.
Symptoms: De mond en de keel kunnen pijnlijke en rode plekken vertonen. Er kunnen zich misselijkheid en maagpijn voordoen.
Immediate Medical Attention
Naar ziekenhuis brengen voor onderzoek door specialist (bij oogcontact). Raadpleeg een arts (bij inslikken).
