First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Product may present a nuisance dust in an uncontrolled environment.

Symptoms: Dust of the product, if present, may cause respiratory irritation after an excessive inhalation exposure. Although no appropriate human or animal health effects data are known to exist, this material is expected to be an inhalation hazard.

Skin contact

Wash skin with plenty of water. Take off contaminated clothing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

Symptoms: May cause slight irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Irritation.

Eye contact

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

Symptoms: May cause eye irritation. Eye irritation.

Ingestion

Rinse mouth. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell. Call a poison center or a doctor if you feel unwell.
