First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

If breathing is difficult: Remove to fresh air.

Symptoms: May be harmful if inhaled. May cause irritation and corrosive effects to nose, throat and respiratory tract.

Skin contact

Immediately wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. (Remove any contaminated clothing and shoes.)

Symptoms: Harmful in contact with skin. May cause permanent damage.

Eye contact

Immediately wash out with water for at least 15 minutes. (If easy to do, remove contact lenses, if worn.)
